Gaza's Bleeding Heart Humanitarian Resigns Because He Can't Even Keep the Peace with the Peacekeepers

Well, would you look at that? Jake Wood, who was practically a saint until he quit his gig at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, has thrown in the towel, proving once and for all that doing good deeds is for the birds when it comes to politics. You see, Jake was all for helping the poor souls in Gaza-until he realized he had to play nice with Israeli donors. Can't get too chummy with those peace-loving aid providers, can we?

Apparently, this humanitarian heavyweight decided he'd rather resign than risk his 'neutrality.' Because, you know, when you're dealing with life-saving aid, there's nothing more important than maintaining your pristine, Switzerland-like independence. How noble of him to abandon the cause in pursuit of his own moral high ground, leaving the Gaza folks hanging in the balance.

In his resignation statement, Jake probably waxed poetic about how helping humans in need is only okay when it doesn't tarnish his 'do no evil' badge. Sure, forget the children who need food or the families without shelter; Jake Wood couldn't possibly work with those pesky Zionists without losing his soul. I guess when the going gets tough, the humanitarian gets going... away.
