Olmert Throws Israel Under the Bus: "I'm Out!" Screams Former PM

Ehud Olmert, in a stunning act of self-preservation, has declared he can no longer defend Israel. Talk about a rat abandoning the ship before it sinks-or in this case, before the next election cycle!
With the flair of a true drama queen, Olmert announced his disillusionment, presumably from the comfort of his well-guarded mansion. His critique of the current administration might just be his way of saying, "I told you so," but with more pomp and circumstance.
The irony of a man who, once at the helm, led Israel into some of its most controversial decisions now turning into the nation's least favorite armchair critic. His sudden moral awakening is as believable as his hair color.
Let's hope Olmert's next move is to grace us with a tell-all book, titled something like "How to Sully Your Reputation and Still Come Out on Top." It'll be a bestseller in the 'Hypocrisy and Hubris' section.
