What's the latest in extreme tourism? Brazilian Juliana Marins decided to skip the usual postcard and go for the full-on postcard from hell by tumbling down an Indonesian volcano. The local authorities, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that she's probably just catching some extra rays, no need for a rescue operation.
